Our fabrics are made from the most sustainable materials. For example, instead of using cotton, we mostly use a special type of low-texture hemp. Hemp has a much lower footprint.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7 business days except orders with made-to-measure option. Orders with made-to-measure option will take 14 days maximum for in-house production. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Methods

At Maison Femaliwn, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in the most convenient manner. Our shipping methods include:

– Standard Shipping (free): Delivered within 4-14 business days.

– Express Shipping ($70): Delivered within 5-7 business days.

– Free Shipping for order valued above $1000 (online only)

We do not offer next-day shipping service.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship internationally. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns/exchanges for unfit items. Please consult with us if you have any problem with the sizing.

The Hand-Embroidered Rose Mini Skirt is not eligible to returns/exchanges UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
