Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. Since all our pieces are made to order, we only accept exchanges and do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are available when the product has not been opened and is unused in original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 6-9 business days. Please note that due to external issues such as weather conditions or flight delays, orders may arrive later than usual.
